Cancellation Policy

We are really good at planning! But sometimes weather happens, or a venue must close due to an unforeseen reason. Not to fear! We will do our best to notify you prior to the event cancellation. Here's our cancellation policy and how we plan to let you know about the change in plans:

TGM Event Cancellation Policy

 

Prior to Event

In the event a Greyhound Meetup PBC event requires cancellation, registered guests will be notified a minimum of a day in advance (when possible/applicable) via the following forms of communication:

 

  1. Cancellation email will be sent to the email address used when registering to the event.

  2. The Facebook event will be cancelled. Cancellation will be visible via Facebook if the event has been “liked”.

  3. The event in Meetup will be cancelled and an email notification will be sent to those who are registered to the event via Meetup.

Day of Event Cancellation

  1. If the event requires cancellation THE DAY of the event (i.e. due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen circumstance), TGM will notify guests via direct text message to the phone number provided during registration in addition to the three forms of communication as outlined above.

 

Paid events will follow the same cancellation notification in addition to a refund of ticket price, not including the processing fees collected at time of purchase.
